SHIPPING

International delivery times vary and international orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Ply Studio is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges or fees.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and include your phone number as we need it to ship internationally. We are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses. 

Delivery dates are only estimates. Sometimes you will receive your purchase much faster, but hopefully not slower! 

Canada: 1-2 Weeks

USA: 2-3 Weeks

International: 4-12 Weeks 

Delivery time does not include production time, if you have purchased a custom product. Please see individual listing for production time.

Fibre art, looms & supplies

Each fibre art piece I sell is made by hand with careful attention to detail. Handmade items may have slight imperfections, which makes them unique. I do not provide refunds due to change of mind. 

Weaving looms and other supplies may be slightly different in colour or texture than the photos depict. I have tried my best to ensure that photos are as true to reality as the real life object. If you feel unsatisfied with anything about your loom or supplies, please contact me to discuss a solution. 

If you find the item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact me to discuss a solution.

Workshops

Workshops are non-refundable but you can send someone in your place or potentially receive a class credit. You must contact the studio to discuss these options (carmen@plystudio613.com).
