What happens if I can't make it to a workshop that I paid for?
In 'normal' times, we have a no refund policy for all our workshops and events. However, since we are still not quite back to something resembling 'normal', we are ultimately committed to keeping all our instructors and participants safe and well. PLEASE be honest and stay home if you are feeling unwell on the day of your workshop - and contact the Studio (firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-850-8485). We know that you will be disappointed if you registered and can't make it. We will make arrangements for you to take the class again in the future.
If you can't make it to a workshop just because you didn't check the date, get a babysitter, don't feel like it, etc. you can transfer your registration to your bestie OR use your registration for a future workshop. In these instances, you MUST contact the Studio to let us know what's up. No refund will be given.
How long will it take for me to receive my order if I live in Canada? The States? France?
Given the upside down world we are living in right now, I can't give really accurate estimates on shipping. But generally standard shipping within Canada takes about 1 to 2 weeks, to the United States is about 1 to 3 weeks and beyond ... your guess is as good as mine. Please contact me if you would like me to investigate standard or expedited shipping for a parcel to your part of the world: email@example.com
