What happens if I can't make it to a workshop that I paid for?
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are ill or unable to attend, you can send someone in your place. PLEASE be honest and stay home if you are feeling unwell on the day of your workshop - and contact the Studio (firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-850-8485). We know that you will be disappointed if you registered and can't make it. In very special circumstances, we offer class credit to take a future workshop but you must reach out to us to discuss this option.
How long will it take for me to receive my order if I live in Canada? The States? France?
I can't give really accurate estimates on shipping. But generally standard shipping within Canada takes about 1 to 2 weeks, to the United States is about 1 to 3 weeks and beyond ... your guess is as good as mine.
